Showing Our Scars Voicebridge

My goal with this site was to find a better way for self-injurers and their families to get together, support each other, and find new ways of coping. Of course, there's the Forums which are great, but I wanted a more real-time way for us to communicate. We instant message with each other, and that's one-on-one. Also good, but just one-on-one, and some of us even call each other when we need some extra help, and then I had a dream, us connecting through the phone in a conference, voice-to-voice-to-voice, discussing issues and socializing with each other.

Introducing the Showing Our Scars Self-Injury Voicebridge! It's the only SI voicebridge on the web! Every other week participants will be able to call into the voicebridge free of charge.

How do you get involved? Just send me an e-mail stating your interest in the voicebridge, and I'll put you on the mailing list. I'll send you an e-mail with the time, date, and phone number (which changes from time to time, for privacy and security reasons) so you can call in and chat with us. We'd love to have you.
